Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including;
- Channel management and execution for existing channels focusing on Brand.com. Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing, analysis and reporting. Work with marketing, Brand and digital content team to integrate marketing plan driving quality traffic and sales conversion
- Platform solution & initiative: Analyze and Identify business challenges, maximize platform solutions and co-develop initiative to drive growth & collaboration
- eCom Creative design: lead conceptual design and output development & implementation
- Sales & Promotions: Work with Sale Channel team to develop channel strategy and promotion plan
- Supply chain: Oversee forecast & stock management to ensure optimal stock levels
- After Sales service: Coordinate with Call Center when issue related eCom functionality and Fulfillment
Qualifications
- Overall 1 years of working experience in e-commerce ; Brand.com
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display and Affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of website optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Interpersonal personal skill: Opened minded and energetic person
- Problem solving skill : Be able to provide alternative solution that more efficient
- Publisher experience is an advantage
