Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM and Customer Insights The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, analyzing customer data to gain valuable insights, fostering a vibrant customer community, driving our SEO strategy, and overseeing key marketing activities to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Analytics:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences.
- Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- CRM Management:
- In charge of the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to segment audiences and personalize communications.
- Customer Community:
- Build and nurture an online and offline customer community.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and foster loyalty.
- Organize community events, both virtual and physical, to enhance customer interaction.
- SEO Strategy:
- Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Marketing Activities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and engage customers.
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling content for various channels.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management, customer analytics, community management, SEO, and marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the book publishing industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Thai market and customer behaviors.
