Brand Development Designer

Brand Development | Full-time

To create a brand's value and experience through the design aspect.

Job Responsibility

• Develop a strategic design direction and/or creative idea to consistently reflect brand identity & positively impact to the brand image.
• Create advertisement materials in multi-marketing channels.
• Develop and lead in-house team for design and artwork development such as; Visual identity: Key Visual, Logo, design system or brand guideline.
• Cover book design and style direction
• Merchandise, Packaging and Premium.
• All advertisement materials (both online and offline)
• Manage and coordinate with cross-function teams and suppliers to deliver great results as well as provide solution for design & production aspect to related parties.
• Mentor and encourage creative/graphic team members to produce fresh and initiative creative works.
• Design Key Visual and space for Book fair (Sketch Up skill is a plus)

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in background relevant to design industry
• Minimum 5 years of related experiences or fascinating portfolio.
• Proven experience in design concept development and able to present your idea in visual form to the team.
• Strong creative vision with understanding of business objectives.
• Open-minded, Problem solver and great in communication.
• Reading lover and experience in publishing industry will be advantage.
